The Story of Apple Jack

When I was a young boy, my dad was interested in small engines. We fixed and repaired antique engines together, and traveled to engine shows. Now that I have a son of my own, my dad and I have passed on our love of small engines to him. My dad recently handed down one of his antique engines to my son, a 1930s Maytag washing machine gas engine. He named the engine "Apple Jack." When it was time to go out and fix the carburetor, my son yelled, "Come on dad! Let's go fix Apple Jack!" We got the engine up and running and it brings a smile to my son's face.
